Fundings: companies that just raised money
A company that just raised money has a budget, a plan and a deadline. Fundings shows you who they are, so you can reach them while the plan is still being made.
Every new round lands on the Fundings page: pre-seed through late stage, private equity, debt, grants and more. Fundz also reads SEC filings, so you see rounds that were filed with regulators and not only the ones announced in a press release. Each round shows who raised, how much, the round type, the investors, and the company's size and location.
Why a new round matters to you
- Selling: fresh money turns into new tools, new vendors and new projects in the months after a raise. Reach them before the budget is spoken for.
- Recruiting: most rounds are raised to hire. The roles follow the money, often within weeks.
- Consulting and advisory: a new round brings new board expectations, new reporting and new gaps in the team.
- Investing: see who is raising, at what stage, and which investors are writing the checks.
- Founders raising: see which investors just backed companies like yours.
Find it
In the left menu, open Events and click Fundings, or go straight to Fundings. If you don't see it, click All tools at the bottom of the menu.
Narrow it to your market
- Click Add/Edit filters (on a phone, Filters).
- Pick what matters to you: Location, Industry, Round type, Investors, Money Raised, Time Period and Company size.
- Click Apply. The list updates straight away.
- Fundz asks if you want to save the filter. Click Save + Email Daily to also get an email when new rounds match, or Save Only to just keep it. Fundz remembers your filter the next time you open the page.
To change those emails, or send them to Slack or the Chrome extension instead, click Manage Email Summary for These Filters above the list. Reset filters takes you back to the full list.
You can also type into the search bar: a company name or a keyword. On Pro and Strategic you can type a plain request, like "Series A AI startups in New York" or "Healthcare companies that raised this quarter". For requests across all of Fundz, use Talk to Fundz.
Act on a round
- Add it to your targets. Click the + at the end of a row, or Add to targets on the round's page. The round is saved as the reason you picked the company. Add to targets

- Write the first email. Click SmartSend on a contact. Fundz drafts a message that mentions the round, you edit it, and it sends from your own inbox. SmartSend
- See what's likely next. The What's Likely Next panel shows what the company is most likely to do after this round, and why. Predictive Intelligence
- Keep notes. The Notes box on the round saves as you type and is visible only to you. Notes
- Save it for later. Click the heart to keep the round in Saved Events.
