Add to targets
When a signal makes a company worth working, one click puts it in your pipeline, along with the reason you picked it.
Where the button appears
- 1Company pages. Next to the company name.
- 2Signal pages. On every funding round, leadership change, acquisition, contract and product launch.
- 3Lists. A small + at the end of each row on Fundings, Executives, Acquisitions, Agreements and Products, so you can add companies as you scan.
- 4Today. On every new lead.
On an acquisition, the row button adds the buyer, since the buyer usually has the budget and the new work. To add the company that was acquired, open the acquisition and use the button there.
What gets saved
The company goes into My targets at the To contact stage. When you add it from a signal page, a list row or a lead, that signal is saved as why you added it, so later you'll see the funding round or the new hire that caught your eye instead of just a name. If you add from a lead in Today, the contact on that lead comes too. Otherwise Fundz fills in the best-fit person it can find.
Companies you're already working
If a company is already in your targets, the button changes to In your targets with its current stage (for example "In your targets · Contacted"), and a green check on list rows. Click it to open My targets. Adding the same company twice is not possible, so nothing gets duplicated.
Open My targets to set a next step, add notes or start a SmartSend. See My targets.
