Three plans, one job: get you to the signal first. Here is what each tier is for, how billing works, and how to upgrade.

The plans at a glance

Fundz comes in three plans. Pro is the intelligence edge for an individual rep. Strategic adds the institutional-grade layer for people who sell into change. Team puts a shared feed in front of a whole desk. Pick by who you are and how time-sensitive your work is.

Pro — the intelligence edge

$49/mo, billed annually, and the rate is permanent rather than a first-year intro. New purchases are annual or quarterly; monthly was retired on 16 August 2026.

Strategic — institutional grade

$99/mo, billed annually, and the rate is permanent rather than a first-year intro. New purchases are annual or quarterly; monthly was retired on 16 August 2026.

Everything in Pro, plus real-time 8-K and interim-appointment alerts in Slack, ML predictions on a company's next likely move, Signal Mandates (standing rules across job postings and executive transitions), white-label Search Brief PDFs you can hand to clients, the full investor / RIA dataset, and an unlimited watchlist. Built for reps working SEC-filer accounts, plus advisors, M&A teams, RIAs, and PE/VC.

Team — one feed for the desk

From $99 per seat, 5-seat minimum, billed annually.

Multiple seats on shared lists and niche ICPs, with pooled reveal credits instead of per-seat caps, so the whole team works one signal feed. Everything in Strategic, scaled across the team. Best for recruiting and search firms, M&A shops, and advisory teams who work the same niches together.

Quarterly or annual billing

New purchases are annual or quarterly. Pro is $49/mo and Strategic is $99/mo billed once a year, or $79/mo and $149/mo billed quarterly at $237 and $447 a quarter. The rate is the same every renewal rather than a first-year introductory rate.

Already on a monthly plan

Nothing changes. You keep your monthly plan and your rate, and you can still cancel at any time, with access continuing to the end of the current billing cycle. Monthly is simply no longer sold to new customers.

Annual

Pay $49/mo Pro or $99/mo Strategic, billed once a year. The rate does not rise on renewal: it is the same every year, not a first-year introductory rate. Prefer a shorter term? Pro and Strategic also bill quarterly, at $79/mo and $149/mo.

Team is billed annually with a 5-seat minimum.

How to upgrade or change plans

    Open your account from the top-right menu and go to the billing or plan section.
  2. 2
    Choose the plan you want, Pro or Strategic, and your billing period. Quarterly is the shorter commitment; annual is the lower rate.
  3. 3
    Confirm your payment method and complete checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately, so the new tier's features and limits unlock right away.

    For Team, or to move an existing plan to annual, reach out to the Fundz team from the pricing page so we can set up seats and pooled credits. ⛔ There is no intro rate to capture: the annual price is permanent.

Which plan is right for you?

If you are an individual rep or AE who wins by being first to a fresh-funding, exec-change, or expansion signal — Pro is built for you. If your work is signal-time-sensitive — you sell into change, advise on transformation, or run M&A, RIA, or PE/VC work — Strategic's real-time 8-K alerts, predictions, and full investor dataset earn their keep. If a whole desk works the same niches and needs one shared feed with pooled reveals, choose Team.

Annual or quarterly billing
Starter is sold on an annual term only. Pro and Strategic are sold annually, or quarterly if you would rather start with a shorter commitment: $237 every three months for Pro and $447 every three months for Strategic. Every plan renews at the rate you are already paying, and we do not raise it at renewal. If you are already on a monthly plan you keep it, and it still cancels at any time through the end of the current cycle.
