Manage Your Plan

Upgrade or downgrade between Pro and Strategic, switch between monthly and annual billing, find your invoices, and cancel anytime — all from your account.

Plans at a glance

Fundz has two self-serve plans plus a Team option. Pro is the intelligence tier — Company Profiles, Verified Signals, Daily Leads, the FundzIQ briefing, SmartSend, and Talk to Fundz. Strategic adds the real-time edge: interim 8-K and other alerts to Slack, ML-driven Predictive Intelligence, Signal Mandates, white-label Search Brief PDFs, and the full investor/RIA dataset.

Pro

$79/mo monthly, or $59/mo billed annually (first-year intro pricing). The full intelligence workflow for an individual seller or investor.

Strategic

$149/mo monthly, or $99/mo billed annually (first-year intro pricing). Adds real-time alerts, predictions, mandates, and the investor/RIA data.

Team

From $99/seat, billed annually, with a 5-seat minimum. Shared seats for a desk or pod.

Where to manage your subscription

Everything about your plan lives in one place. Open it whenever you want to change tiers, switch billing cadence, update your card, or download an invoice.

    Log in to your Fundz account.

    Click Account in the navigation (bottom-left of the app).
  3. 3
    Go to the Subscription & Billing section to see your current plan card.
  4. 4
    Click the plan card to see upgrade, downgrade, and billing options.

Upgrade or downgrade between Pro and Strategic

Moving up to Strategic unlocks its features right away — real-time alerts, Predictive Intelligence, Signal Mandates, and the investor/RIA dataset become available as soon as the change is confirmed. Moving down to Pro keeps your account active and your data intact; you simply lose the Strategic-only capabilities at the change.

    Open Subscription & Billing and click your plan card.

    Choose the plan you want to move to — Pro or Strategic.
  3. 3
    Review the new price and billing cadence, then continue to payment if a charge applies.
  4. 4
    Confirm. Strategic features turn on immediately; a downgrade applies to your account at the change.
Plan-gated features
SmartSend and Talk to Fundz are on Pro and Strategic. Real-time interim alerts, Predictive Intelligence, Signal Mandates, white-label Search Brief PDFs, and the investor/RIA dataset are Strategic. See Plans & Pricing for the full list.

Switch between monthly and annual

Annual billing is the cheaper way to run either plan — it saves up to roughly 34% versus paying monthly. Pro drops from $79/mo to $59/mo and Strategic from $149/mo to $99/mo on the first-year annual rate. You can pick monthly or annual when you choose a plan, and switch cadence from the same plan card later.

Monthly

Pay as you go and cancel anytime. Best if you want maximum flexibility while you ramp.

Annual

Lock in the lower first-year rate and one yearly invoice. Best once Fundz is part of your routine.
On intro pricing
The $59 and $99 annual rates are first-year introductory prices and renew higher. The exact renewal rate is shown at fundz.net/pricing.

Invoices and payment method

Your receipts and invoices are available in the Subscription & Billing section alongside your plan card, so you can download what you need for expensing or bookkeeping. The same area is where you update the card on file.

Find invoices

Open Subscription & Billing to view and download your past charges and receipts.

Update payment

Change your card or payment method from the same section — no need to re-subscribe.

Cancel anytime on monthly

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — there is no lock-in. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, then your subscription ends. You can resubscribe later with the same account.

    Open Subscription & Billing and click Cancel on your plan card.
  2. 2
    Optionally tell us why you're cancelling, then confirm.
  3. 3
    Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it ends.
