FundzIQ Daily Briefing

While you sleep, Fundz works overnight on your watchlist and ideal customer profile, then hands you a curated morning brief so you start the day knowing exactly where to focus.

What it is

The FundzIQ Daily Briefing is your personal analyst's morning readout. Instead of opening Fundz to a wall of modules and deciding where to look, you get a single, tailored summary built from the companies you track and the customers you want to win. It runs automatically every night and is waiting for you when you log in.

Think of it as the difference between a database and a briefing. Everything in Fundz is still there to explore, but the Daily Briefing reads it for you first and surfaces only what changed and what's worth acting on today.

What's in the brief

Each morning's brief is assembled around a consistent structure, so you always know where to find what you need:

Personal greeting

A short, time-of-day greeting that frames the day and sets the context for what follows.

Key insights

The handful of overnight developments that matter most across your watchlist and target market, written as plain-language takeaways rather than raw data dumps.

Top matched leads

The accounts most aligned to your ideal customer profile right now, each paired with the signal and the reason to reach out.

Quick actions

Suggested next steps drawn from the brief, so the path from insight to outreach is one click away.

Market context

The broader capital, hiring, and momentum backdrop your prospects are operating in, so your messaging lands in context.

Where to find it

Your Daily Briefing lives on the dashboard, the first screen you see when you open Fundz. Because it is generated overnight, there's nothing to wait for and nothing to configure each morning, just open Fundz and read.

  1. 1
Open the Fundz dashboard. The day's briefing is presented up top as your starting point.
  2. 2
Skim the key insights, then jump to the top matched leads to see who to contact and why.
  3. 3
Use the quick actions to act directly from the brief, or explore any item in full depth from its company profile.
Start it by voice
You can also kick off your morning hands-free. Use the command bar's microphone and say "Start my morning brief," and Talk to Fundz will read your briefing aloud and walk you through it. The same agent answers follow-up questions and can navigate the app for you.

How it personalizes to you

The briefing isn't a generic newsletter. It's generated specifically for you from two inputs: the companies on your watchlist and your ideal customer profile. The clearer those are, the sharper your brief becomes.

Your ICP, the industries, company sizes, locations, and the description of who you sell to, tells Fundz which signals are relevant and frames the insights and matched leads around your business rather than the market at large. Your watchlist tells it which specific companies to watch closely and report on. Refine either one and the next morning's brief shifts to match.

Tune your ICP

Keep your ideal customer profile current in your targeting settings so the brief frames insights and leads around the customers you actually want.

Curate your watchlist

Track the companies you care about so they show up in the brief with their latest signals. See Companies You're Tracking.

How it pairs with Daily Leads

The Daily Briefing and Daily Leads are designed to work together. The briefing is your narrative, the morning story of what changed and why it matters. Daily Leads is the deeper, ranked list: accounts scored to your ICP and delivered each day, each with the signal and reason to reach out.

A typical flow is to read the briefing for orientation, then move into Daily Leads to work the full ranked queue. From a lead's contacts you can draft and send multi-touch outreach with SmartSend, straight from your own inbox, without leaving Fundz.

Available on all plans
The FundzIQ Daily Briefing is included on every plan. Higher tiers add deeper signals and intelligence that enrich what the brief can surface, see the current plan comparison.

Get the most from it

  1. 1
Make it a habit: open the briefing first thing, before any other module, so you act on the day's freshest signals.
  2. 2
Keep your ICP and watchlist current, the brief is only as targeted as the inputs behind it.
  3. 3
Use the voice agent to run through your brief while you handle your morning, then dive into Daily Leads to execute.
Talk to your briefing
Anything in the brief can be unpacked further by asking. Type or talk in the dashboard command bar, "Why is this company a top lead?" or "Open Trends," and the same agent that powers Talk to Fundz will answer and take you there.
