Who you know there

Add your LinkedIn connections once and Fundz marks the people you know at every company it shows you. A company with news and a friend inside is usually the best call you can make today, and Fundz puts the two side by side.

Why it matters

A timely reason to reach out and a warm path in are strongest together. Fundz already finds the reason: a funding round, a new executive, an acquisition. Your connections add the path, so you can ask someone you know for context or an introduction instead of writing cold.

Add your connections

    Pick the first option, Download larger data archive. It is the only one that includes your connections.

    Click Request archive. LinkedIn emails you a download link, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

    Unzip it and find Connections.csv.

    In Fundz, click Add my connections on Daily Companies or My Accounts (or upload it in Engage setup) and drop the file in.

Upload a new file any time to refresh the list; it replaces the one on file. Adding connections does not start any outreach and does not contact anyone.

Where you'll see it

    Daily Companies and My Market. A You know line on each company card names your connections there, with their titles and LinkedIn links.

    Today. A You know chip on companies where you have a connection.

    Daily Intelligence Brief. A warm-intro suggestion appears only when you really know someone at the company, with a Message button that opens their LinkedIn.

    Your morning email. Suggested contacts you are already connected to are marked You know and listed first.

    My Accounts. Each account lists who you know there, and the You know someone filter narrows the list to them.

    Engage. Signals at companies in your network, with your connections there and a ready-to-send note.

How Fundz matches people

A connection is matched to a company in one of two ways: their LinkedIn profile is one Fundz already has for that company, or the company on their LinkedIn profile has the same name as the company. The company on a LinkedIn profile is whatever the person last entered, so it can be out of date, and two different companies can share a name.

Check before you ask for an intro

Open the person's LinkedIn from the card and confirm they still work there before you reach out.

Plans and privacy

Seeing who you know at each company comes with Pro and Strategic plans. Your connections are private to you: no other Fundz user can see them.
