AI Call Notes & your Activity record

What it is
Every outreach touch you make in Fundz — calls, SmartSend sequences, mobile reveals, watchlist moves — is logged automatically to your Activity record. No data entry, no CRM homework.
Turn on AI Call Notes and it goes further: when a click-to-call conversation ends, Fundz transcribes the recording, writes a two-line summary, classifies what happened (meeting booked, voicemail, not interested…), and suggests your next step — usually within a minute of hanging up. The conversation itself becomes the record.
How it works
- 1Turn on recording once under Account → Caller ID → Call recording & AI call notes. It is off by default and entirely your choice.
- 2Place calls normally with Click-to-Call. Nothing changes about the call itself.
- 3When you hang up, Fundz transcribes the call and writes the summary, outcome and next step onto the call's card in Activity and on the contact.
- 4Tap ✓ Right to confirm the AI's read or ✗ Wrong to correct it — one tap, and every tap teaches Fundz which leads work.
The dial, the AI's read, and your confirmation all fold into a single card — "Called · 2:31 · Prospect agreed to a demo Tuesday → Send the invite · ✓ AI + you confirmed." Your feed reads like a call journal, not a server log.

Recording consent
Recording is per-rep and off by default. Call-recording laws vary by state — many (California, Florida, Washington, Pennsylvania, Illinois and others) require everyone on the call to consent. By turning it on you confirm you'll obtain consent where required, for example by telling the prospect the call may be recorded. With recording off, calls work exactly as before and nothing is recorded.
Availability
The Activity record is included on every paid plan. AI Call Notes is included on Pro and Strategic wherever Click-to-Call is available — there is no per-minute charge and no setup beyond the one toggle.
Reps lose deals to forgotten follow-ups, not bad conversations. When the notes, outcome and next step write themselves, nothing falls through — and your pipeline story ("31 calls → 6 replies → 2 meetings") is sitting on one page at renewal time.
