Put Fundz signals into the tools you already use

You do not have to work inside another dashboard. Filter to the companies that matter, then export a CSV or pull the API on a schedule — and route funding rounds, executive moves and hiring signals straight into your sequencing tool, your CRM, your warehouse or your own workflow. Both paths are included on Pro and Strategic. No add-on, no sales call.

Most people who ask for this are not trying to build a product. They already have a tool they like — a sequencer, a CRM, a spreadsheet — and they want the right companies arriving in it at the right time. That takes two paths, and you already have both.

Start with CSV. Move to the API when you trust the list.

  • CSV export — filter to what you want in Fundz, export, import wherever it needs to go. Nothing to configure, and it lets you check the list is actually right before you automate anything on top of it.
  • The API — a JSON endpoint with a bearer key, included on Pro and Strategic. Pull on whatever schedule suits you and push the results into a campaign, a CRM record or a table. This is the version that runs without you.

Working in Claude? Connect Fundz there and one prompt puts this week’s raises in your territory straight into a Google Sheet, with the person to call at each company.

Why timing is the whole point

A company that raised last week behaves differently from the same company pulled off a static list. Budget has just moved, priorities are being set, and the round itself is a reason to be writing rather than a cold open. Our median from an SEC Form D hitting EDGAR to live in Fundz is 3.6 minutes — so what you export reflects this week, not last quarter.

We will set the first one up for you

Tell us what you sell and who you sell it to, and we will build the filter and send you the exact API call to point your tool at. It takes about ten minutes and it is the difference between having access and having it running.

Building a product on Fundz data rather than routing it into your own stack? That is a different arrangement — see the API and licensing page.

Frequently asked

How do I get Fundz data into Instantly, Smartlead or another cold-email tool?

Two ways, and both are included in a paid plan. The simplest is to filter to the companies you want in Fundz, export CSV, and import that into your sequencing tool — no setup, and it lets you judge the list before automating anything. The second is the API: pull new funding rounds, executive changes or hiring signals on a schedule and push them into a campaign automatically. Most people start with the CSV to check the list is right, then move to the API once they trust it.

Is the API an extra cost?

No. API access is included on Pro ($49/month billed annually, $79 quarterly or $99 monthly) at 50 calls a day, and on Strategic ($99/month billed annually, $149 quarterly or $199 monthly) at 500 calls a day. There is no add-on fee and no sales call, the key is available as soon as you subscribe. Embedding or redistributing Fundz data inside a product you sell to others is different, and covered by a separate data-licensing agreement.

Why pair funding signals with outbound tooling at all?

Timing. A company that closed a round last week is in a different state from the same company picked off a static list — budget has just moved, and the round itself gives you a reason to be writing. Our median from an SEC Form D hitting EDGAR to live in Fundz is 3.6 minutes, so the list you export reflects what happened this week rather than last quarter.

Do I need a developer?

Not for the CSV route — that is filter, export, import. The API route is a standard JSON endpoint with a bearer key, so anyone comfortable with a scheduled script, Zapier, Make or n8n can wire it up. If you tell us what you sell and who you sell to, we will build the filter for you and send the exact call to point your tool at.

What can I actually pull?

Funding rounds, SEC fund formations, executive moves, acquisitions, product launches, agreements, hiring signals and AI-summarised SEC 8-K filings — filterable by date, round or series, amount raised, employee count, location and industry. A single company call returns those signals fused into one response rather than something you assemble from several requests.
