Password Management

As a registered user, you have complete control over your password security. Whether you've forgotten your password or want to update it for security reasons, we've got you covered.

📋 To reset your password:

1. Go to the Sign In page and click Forgot password? under the password field
2. On the Reset password page, enter your email address and click Reset password
3. We'll send reset instructions to your email — check your inbox (and spam folder)
4. Follow the link in the email and enter your New password and Confirm password, then click Set Password

📋 To change your password:

1. Log in to your Fundz account
2. Click Account on the bottom left of the Fundz homepage
3. Click on the arrow next to Password
4. Fill in Current Password, New password, and Confirm password, then click Save changes

🛡️ Password Security Best Practices

• Use 12+ characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
• Avoid common words or personal info like birthdays or names
• Use a unique password — don't reuse passwords from other accounts
• Consider a password manager to generate and store secure passwords

💡 Pro Tips

• Change your password regularly — every 3-6 months is recommended
• Don't share your password with anyone, even support staff
• Log out on shared computers to keep your account secure
