Reset a forgotten password or change it any time from your account.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. On the Reset password page, enter your email address and click Reset Password.
3. Open the email we send you (check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes) and click the link.
4. Enter your New password (at least 8 characters) and type it again under Confirm password, then click Activate my account. (The same page is used to activate new team seats, which is why the button has that name.)
5. You are signed in and taken to your dashboard.

Change your password

1. Open Account and choose Personal info in the left menu.
2. Click Change Password.
3. Enter your Current Password, then your New Password and Confirm New Password.
4. Click Update Password. You will see a confirmation when it is saved.

Keep your account secure

• Use a long password you do not use anywhere else. A password manager makes this easy.
• Never share your password, including with Fundz support. We will never ask for it.
• Working with colleagues? Put them on a Team plan so each person has their own login, rather than sharing one.
• Log out when you use a shared computer.
