Research Solutions, Inc announced the resignation of William Nurthen as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary effective December 10, 2025. Following his departure, Dave Kutil has been appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Kutil has been with the company as Global Controller since March 2023 and brings substantial experience from previous roles.
