Horizon Bancorp has named John R Stewart as the bank’s next executive vice president and chief financial officer. Stewart, who previously served as deputy CFO for First Interstate BancSystem Inc, brings extensive experience in financial services, strategic planning, corporate development, and investor relations to the bank’s leadership team. He will succeed Mark Secor, who has served as CFO for the past 16 years and will transition to the new role of chief administration officer.
