Description
Soda Labs disclosed a $3 million seed round funded entirely by NextBlock, a Luxembourg-based venture firm. The capital will enable the company to expand its Bubble privacy layer from COTI to Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and eventually Solana. Bubble is a chain-agnostic coprocessor that processes private workloads without exposing data to outside parties. The funds will support commercial adoption and transition the company from pilots to production over the next 12 to 18 months.

About
Soda Labs is a privacy infrastructure company building tools for banks and payment firms to move regulated money on public blockchains while preserving privacy on transaction details such as balances, amounts, and counterparties. The company developed Bubble, a chain-agnostic coprocessor that uses garbled-circuit multiparty computation to perform calculations on encrypted data without exposing sensitive information. Bubble is currently active on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and Polygon, with Solana integration planned. Soda Labs has achieved significant performance improvements, processing 500 confidential transactions per second on Arbitrum with three granted US patents and audited security.
Fundz sees it the moment Soda Labs raises, hires an exec or expands, usually minutes after it happens, and tells you who to reach.
