Description
Ravel, a Seattle-based textile recycling startup, announced an oversubscribed $8.2 million seed round on September 17, 2026. One Small Planet led the round with participation from AP Ventures, Overlay Capital, and Lichen Ventures, while existing investors including At One Ventures, Collateral Good, and Betterway Ventures provided follow-on capital. The company's Purification Recycling process targets hard-to-separate blends such as polyester and elastane, returning them to single-material fiber. Ravel will use the capital to commercialize its technology, scale from its Seattle pilot plant, and recruit industry partners.
