The Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NIDF) has launched a N45 billion capital raise, marking its twelfth capital raise since inception in 2017 and fourth since listing on the Nigerian Exchange. Managed by Chapel Hill Denham, NIDF provides long-term naira financing for infrastructure projects across Nigeria. The fund has previously financed projects valued at approximately $625 million and has made 37 distributions to investors amounting to over N100 billion since inception. Proceeds from the new offer will be deployed into additional infrastructure assets.
