Ghost, a personal AI startup founded by 19-year-old Zain Javaid, has announced its emergence from stealth with an $11 million seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz. The round also includes investors Abstract, Audacious Ventures, SV Angel, and Nova. The company's first product is Core, a personal computer specifically designed to run AI agents that can take actions on a person's behalf, priced at $3,499. Preorders for Core open Monday with shipping scheduled for late October.
