Flourish, a New York-based neuromorphic AI startup, has completed a $500 million Series Unknown funding round led by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, who personally invested $100 million. Google Ventures, Lux Capital, and Catalio Capital Management also participated in the round. The company, which emerged from nearly two years of stealth in June 2026, has achieved a post-money valuation of $2.5 billion despite having no product launches, revenue, or published research. The funding will support Flourish's mission to pioneer next-generation AI by reverse-engineering the human brain's computational logic.
