Farm Speak, co-founded by Adaeze Ruth Akpagbula, has been awarded ₦100 million by the Federal Government of Nigeria as the grand prize winner of the 2026 InnovateNaija innovation competition. The award recognises the company's PenKeep Smart Poultry Climate Control System, designed to help farmers manage climate-related challenges in poultry farming, aquaculture, and greenhouse production. Akpagbula plans to use the funding to expand production capacity and reach more farmers across Nigeria. The competition also recognised 15 national finalists and 36 state champions, with additional matching grants provided by several state governors.
