Complete Farmer, a Ghanaian agricultural technology platform, secured a $2.4 million convertible loan from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank's private-sector arm. The deal was announced on September 18, 2026. The company will also receive $660,000 in advisory and grant support to strengthen internal systems and expand financing capabilities for farmers. The IFC led the transaction through its Business Investment Financing Track (BIFT), a $75 million blended-finance window targeting smallholder farmers and agribusiness startups across 77 low-income countries.
