Caban Systems Announces Investment From Ember Infrastructure To Scale Clean, Distributed Energy Solutions For The Telecom Industry

Today Caban Systems, Inc. ("Caban"), a leader in the design and manufacture of software-enabled energy storage and management systems for the telecommunications industry announced an investment from Ember Infrastructure ("Ember"), a private equity platform delivering capital solutions to businesses that reduce carbon intensity and improve resource efficiency. Ember's investment will support Caban's growth, including plans to increase manufacturing capacity, scale its Energy-as-a-Service ("EaaS") product offering, and accelerate the delivery of clean, distributed energy solutions to the global digital infrastructure sector. The investment includes an initial backing of $35 million for identified growth initiatives and an agreement for Ember to provide incremental funding for EaaS engagements, which are increasingly in demand from mobile network operators seeking to modernize their critical infrastructure and reduce operating expenses without upfront capital expenditure.
