Antler has closed its third Australian fund targeting $70 million, anchored by Nicola Forrest's Coaxial Foundation committing $30 million. The fund will back both male and female founders, with up to $10 million dedicated to women through grants and co-investments. Under the Momentum program powered by Coaxial, eligible women-founded companies will receive up to $120,000 in grants without equity dilution. Coaxial will also pre-commit to funding 15% of follow-on rounds alongside Antler's 33% commitment.
