Webster Financial has appointed Neal Holland, the ex-finance chief at First Republic Bank and MUFG Union Bank, as the new Chief Financial Officer to succeed longtime CFO Glenn MacInnes, who plans to retire next month. Holland will report to CEO John Ciulla.
