Description

The Bainbridge Companies , a fully-integrated family of real estate companies that engages in virtually every step of the real estate process, from development and construction, acquisition and disposition, to asset management and third-party property management of multifamily real estate, today announced Gail Ruggles has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Operations. In this role, Gail will oversee the daily performance of Bainbridge’s property management portfolio for its owned and managed assets and will be responsible for driving financial performance at each community.
