David Oman, a veteran financial executive and former managing director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), has been appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of Texas Capital Bancshares Inc., effective June 10. He will report directly to Texas Capital’s President & Chief Executive Officer Rob C. Holmes and will replace the retiring CRO Tim Storms.
