Telia Company has announced the appointment of Bjoern Ivar Moen, former Telenor Sweden CEO, to lead its Norwegian operation by the start of next year. This follows the company's reported fourth quarter service revenue up by 1.5 percent and EBITDA growth rebounding to 5.8 percent, supported by the new country-led operating model implemented on 01 December last year.
