Ravi Ahuja, a seasoned Indian-American executive with significant contributions to Sony Pictures Entertainment, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Tony Vinciquerra. Ahuja is expected to take on the role in January, reporting directly to Kenichiro Yoshida and Hiroki Totoki from Sony Group in Japan. Meanwhile, Vinciquerra will continue his association with the company until December 2025 in an advisory capacity as non-executive Chairman.
