OCI Global announced the resignation of CEO Ahmed El-Hoshy, who will continue as the CEO of Fertiglobe. Hassan Badrawi, OCI's current Chief Financial Officer, will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer of OCI. Beshoy Guirguis, OCI's current Vice President of Global Growth and Transformation and Chief Financial Officer of OCI US Nitrogen, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer of OCI.
