Iridex Corporation announced the appointment of Patrick Mercer as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President effective October 1, 2024, while David Bruce, the prior Chief Executive Officer, is transitioning from the Company. Coincident to Mr. Mercer’s appointment, Scott Shuda was appointed Executive Chairman of the Company’s board of directors.
