Irb Brasil Resseguros S.a. Appoints Frederico Knapp As Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Frederico Knapp has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of IRB-Brasil Resseguros SA (IRB Re), effective from December 20, 2024. He will take over the position from Marcos Pessôa de Queiroz Falcão, who will continue as the Chief Executive Officer and Investor Relations Officer of the company. Knapp brings extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked for over 20 years.
