On October 29, 2025, ImmuCell Corporation announced the appointment of Olivier te Boekhorst as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2025. Michael F Brigham transitioned to the role of Special Advisor to the CEO, following his resignation from the President and CEO position. The Board of Directors also expanded to include Mr te Boekhorst and Timothy C Fiori, who was elected Secretary and Treasurer.
