Serving western Colorado across Mesa, Delta, Montrose, Ouray, and Rio Blanco counties, HopeWest has grown since its inception in 1993, when it cared for 81 patients and their families. Today, with a dedicated team of 425 staff members and over 1,300 volunteers, HopeWest operates five offices and a state-of-the-art Hospice Care Center, serving more than 2,500 patients and over 1,500 grieving individuals annually across a 7,000-square-mile area.
