Description

Alexander Hardy, Chief Executive Officer of Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, has decided to leave the company and will step down from his role on November 1st 2023. Hardy first joined Genentech in 2005 and held several senior management positions before assuming the role of CEO in March 2019. Ashley Magargee, Head of US Commercial Portfolio, who has been serving as ad interim CEO during Alexander’s recent sabbatical, will continue in this role until a successor is announced
