Donaldson Company, Inc has announced the appointment of Richard B Lewis as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 2, 2026. Mr Lewis, currently the Chief Operating Officer, will also join the Board of Directors on the same date. He succeeds Tod E Carpenter, who retires at the end of March 1, 2026, but will remain as Executive Chairman during the transition.
