CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) has appointed Sumit Gera as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), India Business Park, and Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam as CEO (Designate) of CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT). The leadership succession plans involve Gera assuming the position from Nagabhushanam, who will then succeed Sanjeev Dasgupta as CEO of CLINT.
