Description

Matteo Fantacchiotti has stepped down as CEO and member of the Board of Directors due to personal reasons. The Board has appointed Paolo Marchesini, chief financial and operating officer, and Fabio Di Fede, general counsel and business development officer, as interim co-CEOs. A new Leadership Transition Committee will work with the Remuneration and Appointment Committee to select a new CEO, while Jean-Marie Laborde has been appointed as vice chairman.
