Description

Diligent Delivery Systems, a nationwide transportation and logistics service provider, today announced the acquisition of Express Courier International (ECI). ECI provides customized logistics solutions through 26 branches across eight states in the southeastern United States. They currently operate transportation logistics and transportation services to customers including Office Depot, McKesson, The Home Depot, and Lab Corp.

This week the robotics company announced that it’s tripling that amount for a Series N of “over” $30 million. Tiger Global, which seems to have its striped paws in all things robotic funding, led the round. Diligent says it will be using the funding to help navigate some supply chain issues as it continues to deploy its nurse assisting bot, Moxie.
