Cansortium Inc., operating under the FLUENT brand, has completed the acquisition of RIV Capital Inc., further expanding its presence in the cannabis market. This acquisition allows FLUENT to expand its retail door count, add its first wholesale division, and strengthen its balance sheet with approximately US$33 million in cash. The combined company will continue to operate under the FLUENT name, with Robert Beasley named as CEO.
