Description
Vistra Corp. announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of $1.5 billion in junior subordinated notes, consisting of $850 million Series A notes at 7.00% annual interest and $650 million Series B notes at 7.25% annual interest, both due 2057. The notes are junior subordinated, unsecured obligations of Vistra Operations Company LLC, guaranteed by Vistra Corp. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including funding the redemption of outstanding preferred stock upon their reset dates in October and December 2026
