Upstock has raised a further $3.4 million in seed funding, bringing its total funding to just over $13 million. The funding will largely go toward a push across the Tasman.

Upstock is a Wellington-based startup that provides a wholesale food and beverage platform for small suppliers to navigate the supermarket stocking systems. The company also supports credit card payments for its business-to-business market, historically invoice-based. It was founded by Philip Fierlinger, Duncan Ritchie, and Matt Wilson, and has been pivotal in helping suppliers navigate the challenges of the food and beverage industry.
