TXSE Group has closed its third funding round, securing $430 million from institutional investors including BlackRock, JP Morgan, Charles Schwab, Goldman Sachs, Citadel Securities, and Bank of America. The capital injection follows a $250 million Series B in November 2025 and an initial $120 million raise in June 2024.
