Swedish fintech Trustly announced that it has received more than $40M in equity investment commitments from two key shareholders, Nordic Capital and Alfvén & Didrikson. The funding is aimed at supporting Trustly's growth strategy, especially in product development leveraging AI. This comes shortly after the company revealed significant job cuts due to revenue declines. Trustly also plans to allow other existing shareholders to participate in this capital raise.
