Tishman Speyer has completed a second close for its Korea Living Venture (KLV), raising a total of $395 million. The firm secured $75 million from a German pension fund and raised $300 million earlier from APG and Bouwinvest. With this second close, Tishman Speyer effectively reaches its $400 million fundraising target. The investment will allow them to expand their residential portfolio in South Korea.
