Ardian and Rockfield’s joint venture has acquired a majority stake in The Social Hub Berlin. The investment is estimated at around €100 million, aimed at enhancing student accommodation and community offerings. This marks the second investment for the joint venture in Germany. The Social Hub will continue to operate the facility under a long-term management agreement.
