TeraWatt Technology raises Series C funding from Khosla Ventures and others to enhance production capacity.

TeraWatt Technology, a San Francisco-based maker of lithium-ion batteries, raised an undisclosed amount in Series C funding. Backers included Khosla Ventures, Temasek, and others. The funds will support capital investments in its mass production facility, increasing production capacity. CEO Ken Ogata leads the company in its mission to strengthen battery production operations.
