Stoke Space has closed an initial $1B tranche of its Series E round, bringing total capital raised to $2.3B. Point72 Ventures and Spark Capital co-led the round, with returning investors including General Innovation, Glade Brook Capital, and Y Combinator participating. The funds will support manufacturing, testing, launch, and recovery infrastructure as the company prepares for Nova Pathfinder's first flight, now targeted for early 2027. Stoke has raised approximately $2.1B since January 2025 across multiple rounds.
