Sivers Semiconductors AB announced a $30 million strategic investment to expand its Indium Phosphide (InP) manufacturing facility in Glasgow. The expansion aims to support anticipated customer production ramps driven by AI datacenter demand. The facility is expected to produce more than 100 million CW DFB lasers annually. The expansion aligns with Sivers' transition to a Hybrid Manufacturing strategy.
