Description

New Delhi: SaaS Labs, which builds business automation tools for sales and support teams worldwide, has raised $42 million (about Rs 312 crore) in a funding round led by Sequoia Capital India. The Series B funding round also saw participation from existing investors -- Base 10 Partners and Eight Roads Ventures, the company said on Thursday.

The company will use the funds to expand its customer base, hire people, and release new products and services, it said in a statement. Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) software has opened the door to multiple high speed, efficient forms of communication between enterprises and their customers,” the company said. Founded in 2016, SaaS Labs develops products for sales, support and marketing teams as well as contact centre to enhance productivity.
