QuantumCyte is a technology platform company that developed an ‘in-situ lysis’ method for isolating complex regions of interest (ROIs) from FFPE tissue slides. Our product is an automated tissue dissection system that uses digital tissue maps to isolate ROIs that contain informative biomarkers for treatment decision support. Our system performs high-resolution and high-throughput tissue dissection relevant for clinical diagnostics (precision medicine) and large-scale biomarker studies (biopharma).
