Overlord Labs has successfully closed its oversubscribed Seed financing, bringing total funding raised to-date to $10 million. This financing, which totaled $4.35 million, will help advance their battery intelligence infrastructure for compute-intensive devices. The round was led by Band of Angels and included several returning strategic investors. With the new capital, Overlord Labs is preparing for customer sampling of their GENESIS™ Battery Intelligence IC.
