Orange EV has entered into a $100 million revolving credit facility led by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. This facility strengthens the company's balance sheet and provides increased liquidity for working capital, expansion of OptiGrid, and growth of its rental and leasing platform. The funding is intended to support Orange EV's continued growth in the zero-emissions trucking sector. Wells Fargo is aligned with Orange EV's growth strategy across manufacturing and infrastructure solutions.
