OCTA has closed a $3.5 million seed round led by MEVP, with participation from Wa'ed Ventures, Plug and Play, and A-typical Ventures, alongside existing investors Sukna Ventures and Sadu Capital. The funding brings OCTA's total funding to $5.6 million. OCTA has launched OCTA Flow, a set of AI agents designed for accounting firms to automate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. More than 520 accounting firms have signed up for access within six weeks of the product launch.
